KOKO-FM ("Killer Oldies") is owned by Art Laboe and broadcasts from Kerman CA.Laboe (who turns 84 this year in 2009) does jocking on KOKO, but from his Los Angeles studios, not the Kerman site.
We were told that this station is highly rated in the "correctional facilities" located in the outlying areas of Fresno CA.
